New job mostly, less time due to commutes. Plus mix of non writing projects and mainly laziness :/

I'll be honest, I'm hoping the theme will match with an idea I've been mulling over for a couple of weeks :)

Hi Silver!
Been too long, I can certainly feel the itch starting again. So I'd be up for this, though so think it'd need to be quite a wide topic to cratch as many people as possible

Thanks silver, but it wasn't long after I mentioned those 3 openings that I found out I was being made redundant. I got no further with it unfortunately. But good news is I now have a new job. This time I'll have to commute (instead of a 5min walk). I hope to start doing quite a bit of writing and r...

So it's a two horse race.
It's a shame my FF was interrupted I quite liked my idea, might come back to it at some point. But most my hobbies have been put on hold really, until I find a new job that is.

If I have a recurring idea which doesn't quite fit with whatever I meant to be writing, I find it best to make a note of it and set it aside as it might turn out useful in a future piece of writing in a way you never expected that it would. Totally agree, all and any ideas, not matter how awesome/r...

Each of their songs has a story in it, making them really good for inspiration.

This idea was then bolstered recently thanks to 'For the first time in forever (reprise)' from Frozen lol. Well some in that song, but mostly just a few things Elsa does/says in her fear of her power.

Thanks again lilith! :) When I started doing these episodes I wanted to have fun with parallel universe versions, but at the moment I'm enjoying writing about the two of them instead. I will probably spend more time filling in the gap between the very original Alexander and the start of the episodes...

Thanks silver. It'd be great if you mentioned that: In the summer of 1943, a copy of a secret Operation Overlord plan blew out of a window in Norfolk House. It was later handed in by a man who said his eyes were so bad he had no idea what it was. - http://www.bbc.co.uk/pressoffice/pressreleases/stor...

There's one that I'm always running into, happens every couple of months or so and it regards a major plot point of my main project, so I won't go into too much spoiler territory. Basically I keep have plot point A, it's very important. They every so often I get the same idea, where I think, wouldn'...

This video is interesting. It talks about creating sympathetic characters. It's really for films, but food for thought for prose.

Short and sweet, though a little confusing. I want to know that the narrator made! :D

It's starting to remind me of the Monty Python sketch "Bicycle Repairman", instead we have a Stealth Carpenter! :)

Since today is the 70th Anniversary of D-Day I thought I'd do an Alexander in acknowledgement. This episode I would probably set before you meet all the different Alexanders, and instead when it was just Alexander and Jennifer. This is actually based on a true event from the summer before D-Day. Sum...
